About Me

"Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn." -Benjamin Franklin

There is just something about seeing the spark of an "I got It" moment! As an educator, I loved to watch the spark in my students' eyes as they learned something new, and now as an instructional designer/ eLearning developer, I have found that spark in the design and development of engaging learner- centered experiences.

I am a lifelong learner and am never satisfied with the status quo. I always stay current with the latest research in instructional design to offer the right solution to the learner and meet the organization's business goals. I bring my reflective and collaborative vision to every learning gap that needs a solution. If I don't have an answer, I will ensure I exhaust all options until I find one!

Rewind to two years ago when COVID changed our world and how instruction was delivered to students. I had to teach myself how to transform Instructor-led trainings (ILT) to Virtual-led trainings (vILT). I value the learner because I know what it's like to be a learner myself! As I am proficient in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise, the learning never stops. I continue to engage in my own microlearnings to create learning experiences that are simple, pleasing to the eye and most importantly user friendly. I am driven by feedback because I better understand how learners feel about my work so I can create experiences they actually enjoy.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, taking walks, getting splat points at Orangetheory, enjoying the beach or traveling to New Jersey to spend time with my family.

I look forward to connecting with you!
